  The manager was on top of things but it would be nice if the servers were up to par with him. Tina was our server Last Saturday and was not good. She didn't even know the drink specials of the night and assured me the wine glass I ordered was in the specials when in fact it always not. Instead of just giving me the discount because of her mistake she charged me full price.

  This place has not changed in years. Not that it needs to. Not a bad atmosphere. Good variety of food types. Favorite appetizer - Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos - They have a pick 2 or 3 appetizer plate. Burgers are good but order well done. Also have a bottomless Pepsi with the burger & fries. Don't most places offer free refills? It was included in the price....
  They have a hostess and are usually seated quickly. I don't go here at super busy times as there is no room for waiting.
  Service can be hit or miss. Today was not so good as we got a poorly trained waitress. . Asked if there were any specials...told "Not on Sunday", and she walked away. No suggestions to get us looking at..was asked if everything tasted good as she quickly cruised by my empty glass. Didn't take away the empty appetizer plates after serving food...kind of motioned like they were in her way for us to move them....
  Don't order a burger medium it will come bloody. Was asked while it is filling the plate with blood if I want them to fix that one or make me another one. WTH? I said, do whatever it takes to make it better. She should have said we will take care of this. They fixed it and second burger was great.

  Worst service in my history of dining out! Group of 4 of us walked in and was greeted by the hostess. That is at the point the service went down hill. When the hostess tried to seat us the waitress that would have served us refused to take any new customers so the hostess sat us at a different table. We waited for 15 minutes and no waitress ever stopped by our table. Even after multiple waitress walked by. We decided to get up and go somewhere else. Staff tried to stop us from leaving but informed them it was to late.
