  My group was seated for 10 minutes before we saw a server. Once he came, it was another 10 before he came out with some drinks and informed the rest of us that they were out of tea but it would be ready shortly.
  
  Another 10 minutes pass, I inquired about our drinks and was promptly offered water instead. 5 minutes later, we get water and a chance to order.
  
  Food took another 30 minutes to arrive. With my medium cooked steak extremely dry. It had to have A1, asked for A1, got a mostly empty A1 bottle about 10 minutes later.
  
  Asked for more sauce, it never came. Asked for the bill and a box to get out of there. Took another 10 minutes to get the bill with no box... after 5 minutes of waiting on another request for a box I just left cash and left.
  
  HORRIBLE service and poor quality food. I never like to be in a bad restaurant for 2 hours.

  Very impressed. The food and service were excellent. The menu has a lot of variety. There are at least 4 dinner salads, steaks, seafood, burgers and other sandwiches. I had the California salad with grilled chicken and a Sam Adams on tap. The waitress knew the menu and was quick to check on us and get refills.
